All appointments require accurate access to the property at the scheduled time; missed appointments or inaccessible areas may result in additional fees. Prices are based on the information provided at booking and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, improper installation, structural problems, or stains/odors that cannot be removed through normal cleaning processes. Customers must secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary. All services are provided “as is,” and results may vary depending on system condition, age, or contamination level. Limited satisfaction touch-ups may be offered at our discretion but do not constitute a refund policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
